Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6085 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,680 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6085-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process in the vacuole, Regulation of telomerase activity, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with MIR6085 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6085-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6085 results are reported.
