Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6085 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6085 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR6085 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6085 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and TGCT show a favorable association.

KIRC, ESCA, and READ are the cancer types where MIR6085 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
