Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR600HG RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR600HG data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR600HG RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR600HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, PAAD, and ACC are the cancer types where MIR600HG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
