Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR5690 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,602 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR5690-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, and Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization. Each is linked with MIR5690 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR5690-to-partner and partner-to-MIR5690 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway grouped by MIR5690-low versus MIR5690-high in STAD.
