The most reproducible MIR548Y-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, DNA biosynthetic process, and Smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with MIR548Y in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR548Y-to-partner and partner-to-MIR548Y results are reported.
