Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR548AY profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR548AY expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR548AY is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Additionally, MIR548AY RNA expression shows 5,518 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, LIHC, and STAD as cancer lineages where MIR548AY shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
