Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR548AL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,725 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR548AL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Regulation of DNA repair, and DNA-templated transcription termination. Each is linked with MIR548AL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR548AL-to-partner and partner-to-MIR548AL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by MIR548AL-low versus MIR548AL-high in STAD.
