Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR543 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR543-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-113P, PLCH1-AS2, and RN7SL649P. Each is linked with MIR543 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR543-to-partner and partner-to-MIR543 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR543→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR543) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
