Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR519D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR519D data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MIR519D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR519D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where MIR519D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
