Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR5195 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,299 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR5195-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIC2, HLA-DMA, and INPP5D. Each is linked with MIR5195 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR5195-to-partner and partner-to-MIR5195 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR5195 versus CLIC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR5195→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR5195) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
