The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher MIR5195 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR5195 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LUAD show a favorable association.
