Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR5195 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR5195-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR518E, TLX3, and RN7SKP159. Each is linked with MIR5195 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR5195-to-partner and partner-to-MIR5195 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR518E grouped by MIR5195-low versus MIR5195-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR5195→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR5195) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
