Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR5192 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,307 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR5192-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein autophosphorylation, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and Regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with MIR5192 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR5192-to-partner and partner-to-MIR5192 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein autophosphorylation grouped by MIR5192-low versus MIR5192-high in STAD.
