Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4766 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4766 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MIR4766 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4766 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and CESC show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where MIR4766 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
