Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4752 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,237 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4752-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Obsolete regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase activity, and Immune response to tumor cell. Each is linked with MIR4752 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4752-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4752 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage grouped by MIR4752-low versus MIR4752-high in STAD.
