Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4752 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4752 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MIR4752 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4752 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

BRCA, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR4752 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
