Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4729 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,525 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4729-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAG2_S122, WDFY4, and NCKAP1L. Each is linked with MIR4729 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4729-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4729 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR4729 versus PRKAG2_S122 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4729→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4729) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
