Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4716 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,396 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4716-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone modification, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with MIR4716 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4716-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4716 results are reported.
