Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4716 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4716 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR4716 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4716 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, OV, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR4716 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
