Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4634 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,302 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4634-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein autoubiquitination, Chaperone-mediated protein folding, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with MIR4634 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4634-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4634 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein autoubiquitination grouped by MIR4634-low versus MIR4634-high in ESCA.
