Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4634 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4634 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MIR4634 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4634 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where MIR4634 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
