Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4632 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,460 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4632-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of B cell activation, Peptidyl-tyrosine modification, and T cell differentiation involved in immune response. Each is linked with MIR4632 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4632-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4632 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of B cell activation grouped by MIR4632-low versus MIR4632-high in THYM.
