Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4632 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,460 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR4632-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of B cell activation, Peptidyl-tyrosine modification, and T cell differentiation involved in immune response.
