Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4530 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4530 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MIR4530 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4530 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and SKCM show a favorable association.

READ, TGCT, and BRCA are the cancer types where MIR4530 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
