Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR4526 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR4526 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR4526 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, MIR4526 RNA expression shows 10,023 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight ACC, and BRCA as cancer lineages where MIR4526 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
