The most reproducible MIR4516-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and Methylation. Each is linked with MIR4516 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4516-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4516 results are reported.
