Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4515 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,278 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4515-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mesonephros development, Coronary vasculature development, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with MIR4515 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4515-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4515 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mesonephros development grouped by MIR4515-low versus MIR4515-high in STAD.
