Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4514 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,682 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4514-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acylation, Obsolete histone methylation, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with MIR4514 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4514-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4514 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein acylation grouped by MIR4514-low versus MIR4514-high in STAD.
