Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR450B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,295 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR450B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to mitochondrion, RNA modification, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with MIR450B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR450B-to-partner and partner-to-MIR450B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
