Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4504 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4504 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher MIR4504 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4504 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

TGCT, CHOL, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR4504 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
