Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4497 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,973 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4497-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production, Microtubule depolymerization, and Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production. Each is linked with MIR4497 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4497-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4497 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production grouped by MIR4497-low versus MIR4497-high in LIHC.
