Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4489 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,061 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR4489-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are High-density lipoprotein particle assembly, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with MIR4489 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4489-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4489 results are reported.
