The most reproducible MIR4478-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial protein processing, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with MIR4478 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4478-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4478 results are reported.
