Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4472-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,177 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4472-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule deacylation, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process. Each is linked with MIR4472-2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4472-2-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4472-2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macromolecule deacylation grouped by MIR4472-2-low versus MIR4472-2-high in STAD.
