Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4439 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4439 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MIR4439 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4439 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, THCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where MIR4439 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
