The most reproducible MIR4324-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hormone-mediated signaling pathway, Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Steroid hormone mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with MIR4324 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4324-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4324 results are reported.
