Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4324 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4324 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR4324 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4324 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and HNSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where MIR4324 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
