Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3686 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,034 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3686-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Mitochondrial transcription, and Protein N-linked glycosylation. Each is linked with MIR3686 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3686-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3686 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining grouped by MIR3686-low versus MIR3686-high in STAD.
