Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3686 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3686 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher MIR3686 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3686 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD, CHOL, and ESCA are the cancer types where MIR3686 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
