Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR367 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,530 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR367-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete DNA methylation, Obsolete histone methylation, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with MIR367 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR367-to-partner and partner-to-MIR367 results are reported.
