MIR33B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR33B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,351 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR33B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of high-density lipoprotein particle clearance, Positive regulation of high-density lipoprotein particle clearance, and Positive regulation of lipoprotein particle clearance. Each is linked with MIR33B in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR33B-to-partner and partner-to-MIR33B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR33B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR33B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
