Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3200 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,880 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3200-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Protein-RNA complex organization, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MIR3200 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3200-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3200 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by MIR3200-low versus MIR3200-high in ESCA.
