The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MIR31HG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR31HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and HNSC are the cancer types where MIR31HG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
