Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3179-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3179-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB3GAP2, XCL1, and FAM118B. Each is linked with MIR3179-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3179-2-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3179-2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB3GAP2 grouped by MIR3179-2-low versus MIR3179-2-high in SKCM.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3179-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3179-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
