MIR3169

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3169 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3169-associated genes across cancer lineages are BECN1, FDX1, and SP2. Each is linked with MIR3169 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3169-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3169 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BECN1 grouped by MIR3169-low versus MIR3169-high in HNSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3169→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3169) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
