Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3162 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3162 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MIR3162 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3162 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and LAML show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCS, and KIRP are the cancer types where MIR3162 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
