The most reproducible MIR3158-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with MIR3158-1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3158-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3158-1 results are reported.
