Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3156-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3156-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, NPHS2, and CRACR2A. Each is linked with MIR3156-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3156-3-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3156-3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRAP2 grouped by MIR3156-3-low versus MIR3156-3-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3156-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3156-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
