MIR3147

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3147 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3147-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ceramide metabolic process, Regulation of protein folding, and Protein N-linked glycosylation. Each is linked with MIR3147 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3147-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3147 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ceramide metabolic process grouped by MIR3147-low versus MIR3147-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3147→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3147) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
