The most reproducible MIR3145-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Postreplication repair, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with MIR3145 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3145-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3145 results are reported.
