MIR3125

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3125 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,689 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3125-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SARM1, ZEB1_S322, and MAP4K5. Each is linked with MIR3125 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3125-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3125 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR3125 versus SARM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3125→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
